Welcome to the home of beautifully tailored physiotherapy treatments, deep tissue & sports massages, holistic therapies, Western acupuncture & gentle beginner matwork Pilates classes.

With over 15 years of experience, I am also registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), hold therapy qualifications from the highly respected VTCT & am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

All therapies are delivered from my tranquil home therapy room in Southsea, for all female clientele. Please note due to working from home I only treat male clientele that are repeat, are recomended or already known to me.
