Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
PLEASE NOTE: We have a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled in under 48 hours notice will incur 50% of the treatment cost.
For cancellations/reschedules under 24 hours the full treatment cost is due. A text message reminder is sent 48 hours in advance. If you need to change your appointment please do so as soon as possible.
