I offer gentle beginners matwork Pilates classes. A gentle class, with flowing transitions and modifications to suit all levels.
Pilates helps strenghten core muscles, mobilises the spine and joints of the body and stretches out tight muscle groups, whilst also utilising the relaxing effects of breathing techniques.

I currently run Pilates classes in Eastney on a block book or adhoc basis.
